With 36 years experience in the construction industry I can help translate your designs and requirements into working drawings and offer practical advice about planning permission and building control.

My charges are reasonable since I base them on an hourly rate rather than a percentage of your scheme’s value and I am not V.A.T. registered.

My background is in timber frame construction and I can provide a fully detailed and engineered package including manufacturing drawings, panel drawings and cutting lists for the production of the building.
